Rules for using Dolce invitación.

By creating an account or publishing an invitation on Dolce invitación, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Dolce invitación provides a platform to create and share digital invitations. We provide tools; you create content (text, images, event details).
We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice, always minimizing impact to already-published invitations.
You're responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it. Provide accurate information when signing up.
An account is for one person or entity. You may not share credentials with third parties.
Single invitation: one-time payment of $149.00 MXN. One invitation, permanent by default (or with the expiration you set).
Unlimited membership: $359.00 MXN/month subscription that renews automatically. While active, you can create as many invitations as you need.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By paying you accept Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
You can cancel your membership anytime from the Stripe portal in your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Single invitation payments are non-refundable. Membership payments may be disputed during the first 7 days if there was a technical issue on our side.
You keep all rights over the content you upload (text, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and display it as part of the service.
You may not publish illegal, offensive, infringing or hateful content. We may take down invitations that violate this.
If your membership lapses (cancellation or failed payment), your invitations have 15 days of grace, still public. After that they show as paused. Reactivating the membership returns them to normal.
Dolce invitación is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of bugs. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. If something material changes, we'll email active accounts at least 15 days in advance.
