About the plans

What's the difference between Single invitation and Unlimited membership?
Single invitation ($149) is for DIY users building their own invitation once. The Membership ($359/mo) is for designers and agencies producing invitations for clients — you pay monthly and produce as many as you need.
Which one is for me?
If you're creating ONE invitation for your event, Single is cheaper. If you build invitations for others (clients, family, corporate) and you'll make more than four a year, Membership pays off.
Do invitations expire?
Permanent by default. You decide in the editor whether to set an expiration date (30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or a specific date). After that date the invitation stops being public.

Building and publishing

Do I need an account to start?
No. You can design without signing up. You'll only need an account to save or publish. Your work is auto-saved in your browser in the meantime.
Can I change the URL after publishing?
Yes. From Details you can change the slug. We keep the old link redirecting to the new one for 90 days so guests don't get lost.
Do my guests need an account to RSVP?
No. The RSVP section works without guest signup.
Can I edit after publishing?
Yes. Changes reflect instantly on the public link.

Payment and membership

What payment methods do you accept?
We process via Stripe (Mexico). Credit and debit cards.
Can I cancel the membership anytime?
Yes. From your profile you reach the Stripe portal and cancel in one click. You keep full access until the end of your paid period — we don't charge for what you didn't use.
If I stop paying, what happens to my invitations?
You get a 15-day grace period after your paid period ends. In that window you can reactivate and everything continues. After 15 days, invitations show as 'paused' to the public, but you can reactivate by paying again at any time.
Do you refund?
Single invitation payments ($149) are non-refundable. For membership: if you had a technical issue during your first cycle, write us and we'll look at it case by case.

Support and account

Do you have support if I get stuck?
Yes. Email us at the support address and we typically reply the same business day.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
On the login screen there's a 'Forgot password' link. We'll email you a reset link.
